POOMAGAL EDUCATIONAL AND SOCIAL TRUST was born out of a commitment in delivering high quality education in the year 1997 by the eminent educationist Shri.Mohan K.Karthik and his spouse Madam. Vinodhini Karthik with the blessings and motivation of the multifaceted personality, a former M.L.A.Shri.Mohan P.Kandasamy Ayya who had laboured himself for decades with a joyful grin for the betterment and upcoming of his fellow men. Ayya was one of the greatest philanthropists of the district and a noble soul who always lent a helping hand to the needy. He is considered to be a great patriot who is well known as “The Bhishmar of Tiruppur”.

In a span of 23 years of determination, dedication and achievement we have engraved an enviable place in the state. As the saying goes, “Monuments of time are not built in a day they are built brick by brick and designed by men’s talent and hard work”, the growth of POOMAGAL EDUCATIONAL AND SOCIAL TRUST has been steady and spectacular from the start for the noble cause of creating citizens and leaders of tomorrow through traditional values of love, empathy, discipline and respect.

It started functioning from 11th October 1997 with 5 students for KG section and has now gradually up to XII standard The fundamental aim of Kids Club is to provide each child with a comprehensive quality education imparted by proficient enthusiastic and committed teachers. we aim to cater to the academic, social, emotional and physical needs of each child in a caring and stimulating environment.
