Note to Parents

  • Parent-Teacher interaction is as per the schedule given in the Hand Book.
  • On all the other days, any issue could be discussed only with the Head of the institution. Children going for private tuition to the school teachers are not encouraged and both the student and teacher’s honesty will be seriously viewed.
  • Students should report to the school before the morning assembly. Late comers will not be allowed to attend the classes and the security will close the main gate.
  • We do not encourage students being picked from the school during school hours.
  • Parents should not give any gifts in cash or kind including eatables to the teachers and other non-teaching staff working here. As a teacher it is their bounded duty to teach the children. Don’t bribe them and spoil the environment. Feel free to inform the management immediately if they demand anything.
  • Parents are requested not to meet the teachers for any reason during school/class hours.
  • Parents can meet the management/higher authorities on all working days between 10:00 am to 3.00 pm. Prior appointment will always be appreciated Parents are requested to provide proper environment in the home surroundings for their children to study better. It is to be noted clearly that homework does not mean writing alone.
  • Parents are to co-operate with the school for checking the assignment, diaries and sign them after making sure about the completion of work
  • Parents are asked to encourage their children to participate in all extra-curricular and sports activities.
  • FA submission dates will be given 1 week prior. Parents are requested to look after their ward’s preparation as per the FA schedule.
  • 100% attendance is expected on scholastic review to analyze your ward’s performance.
  • All the parents are asked to make it convenient to attend all the meetings arranged by the school. In case of unavoidable reasons, parents are asked to inform the school regarding their absence on such days.
  • Parents could communicate with the class teachers about homework default through Hand Book. Please sign the Hand Book daily.
  • Through the communication column parents can communicate with the teacher and to the principal about your ward’s study, habit, manners and his/her behaviour at home.
  • Let there be grace and sense of purpose in your work and movement.

Note to Students

  • Be a Regular scholar. Come to school in clean and tidy school-uniform well in time.
  • Be regular for assembly and take active part in its conduct.
  • Extend your co-operation in keeping the class-room and the school campus clean.
  • Don’t scatter bits of paper on the floor, should you find any, remove them.
  • Neither spoil the walls nor damage the school furniture and other property. They are yours and you have to pass them on to your younger brothers and sisters safely and neatly. Report damage or loss immediately to the Class Teacher or the Principal.
  • Don’t loiter about outside the class-room while the school is in session. While moving from one class to another take care not to disturb other classes. Always move in a line.
  • Bring only the prescribed text books and note books.
  • Take care of your things. Don’t lose them.
  • Should you find anything belonging to school or any other student, deposit it in the office.
  • Don’t do anything that degrades your self-respect.
  • Your work and conduct should be such that it brings a good name to the school and to you.
  • Carry out the instructions of Class-Monitor, House Leader and School Prefects.
  • Be an active participant in every school activity.
  • Enter Home-assignments in your school calendar and do the work regularly.
  • Follow up the corrections by the teacher.
